An existing 5-story, 101 room hotel in downtown Columbia will be converted into a 54 unit urban apartment building with amenities including a private pool, fitness facility, concierge service, and secure parking. The renovated exterior will feature white stucco and blue/green metal accent panels. LED lighting will illuminate the re-finished facade and accentuate a new entry feature.

The new apartments will feature an open floor plan with sustainable materials and energy efficient appliances.
