Adluh Flour Mills has been operating in Columbia since the early 1900's and the plant is listed on the National Register of Historic Properties. Studio 2LR is working with the Adluh family and Dial Dunlap Associates to rehabilitate this historic structure for commercial use. Plans include provisions to replace existing stairs and to add a new elevator with circulation lobby. Restorations and renovations will include window and roof replacement, new mechanical system, upgraded electrical systems, and numerous site improvements.
