601 Gervais + 1218 Pulaski is a mixed-use project involving the adaptive re-use of an existing one-story brick building and the construction of a new two-story building with brick and ribbed metal panels. The two buildings are connected by an open courtyard with green space and a water feature. The second floor of the new structure opens onto a roof terrace overlooking the garden below.
